This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the rights and obligations of customers (“Customer,” “You”) and third-party vendors (“Vendors”) operating on the MamiMarkets.com platform (“MamiMarkets,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By placing an order through MamiMarkets, You acknowledge and agree to the terms herein.

1. Marketplace RoleMamiMarkets operates solely as an online marketplace facilitating transactions between Customers and independent Vendors. MamiMarkets is not the merchant of record, nor does it possess or directly supply the products listed on the platform. Each Vendor is independently responsible for establishing, administering, and enforcing its own return, exchange, and refund procedures.
2. Vendor Return Policies2.1 Each Vendor shall publish a Return Policy, which governs:
- Eligibility requirements for returns.
- Return windows and deadlines.
- Acceptable condition of returned items.
- Refund processing timelines
3. Customer ObligationsThe Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following obligations:
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the applicable Vendor Return Policy prior to making a purchase.
- The Customer must initiate any return or refund request directly with the Vendor unless otherwise directed by MamiMarkets.
- The Customer must furnish proof of purchase, order details, and any evidence reasonably requested by the Vendor to substantiate the claim.
- Products claimed to be defective, incorrect, or damaged must be documented with photographs or video evidence within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
4. Non-Returnable GoodsUnless otherwise mandated by law, the following categories of goods are deemed non-returnable:
- Perishable goods, including but not limited to fresh foods, produce, frozen items, meats, or baked goods.
- Personal-care items or cosmetics that have been opened or used.
- Goods marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Refundable,” or similar designations.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items that have been materially altered, damaged, or used after delivery.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of the Vendor and in accordance with the Vendor’s published policy.
- Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method used by the Customer unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- MamiMarkets does not control refund timelines and bears no responsibility for delays attributable to Vendors or the Customer’s financial institution.
6. MamiMarkets’ Limited Role in Dispute ResolutionMamiMarkets may, at its sole discretion, provide dispute-resolution assistance in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Vendor non-responsiveness.
- Suspected fraud.
- Repeated violations of Platform Standards.
7. Statutory RightsNothing in this Policy shall be construed to limit any statutory rights afforded to Consumers under applicable Canadian provincial or federal law, including consumer protection legislation and sale-of-goods statutes.
