- MamiMarkets is an online marketplace facilitating transactions between Customers and independent Vendors.
- MamiMarkets is not responsible for Vendor conduct, contractual obligations, product quality, or statutory warranties.
2. Price Transparency
- All prices displayed are set by Vendors and are intended to reflect in-store pricing.
- Any service fees, delivery fees, or taxes shall be disclosed prior to order submission.
3. Vendor Verification
- Vendors must comply with applicable municipal, provincial, and federal business requirements, including food safety laws where applicable.
- MamiMarkets conducts onboarding checks but is not liable for Vendor misrepresentations.
4. Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Search results and product visibility are based on user relevance, location, and search filters.
- MamiMarkets does not engage in preferential ranking based on financial incentives.
5. Complaint Handling
Customers may file complaints related to:- Suspicion of fraud
- Misleading listings
- Unsafe products
- Failure to delivery
- MamiMarkets will review, investigate, and take appropriate action, which may include Vendor suspension or removal.
6. Legal Rights
- Nothing herein abridges statutory rights afforded under consumer protection laws.
- In the event of conflict between this document and mandatory law, the law shall prevail.
